How fast is the pickup?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

In principle, pickup will take place as quickly as possible. The speed depends on the vehicle type, desired upgrades, time for journey to pickup point and traffic situation. Within the EU, pickup takes place in approx. 60 minutes on average, depending on vehicle type and upgrades. You are also welcome to commission a pickup far in the future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Who is loading my goods?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Loading and unloading is basically the task of the loading and unloading point. For pallet goods, you can also book a vehicle with a lifting platform and lift truck, the driver can then load and unload pallets without external help. We can also offer you loading or unloading by hand for the vehicle types Caddy and Transporter, this option can be selected during order placement. Why direct transports?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Direct transports are the safest way to transport your goods. Due to the absence of transshipment points, risk of damage and delays is minimized. In addition, your goods can be tracked permanently and individually. This allows you to dispose of your goods at any time and, for example, change the delivery address or react in the event of delivery obstacles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

How fast is the delivery?<\/h3><\/div>

Delivery is generally made directly. We are bound by the statutory driving and rest periods, especially for long distances. We are happy to estimate time needed more precisely, taking into account the booked vehicle and the traffic and weather situation. Since we generally do not offer temporary storage, it is necessary to deliver directly in the case of shorter distances.<\/p>

How will my shipment be transported?<\/h3><\/div>

Your shipment will be transported by direct transport only without transshipment or temporary storage. Additional loads are possible. If you would like a solo trip or temporary storage, please contact us directly after placing the order or in advance by phone and we will be happy to advise you!<\/p>

Will my goods be stacked?<\/h3><\/div>

Basically no, unless you specify this. Depending on the type of goods to be transported, it would be easy to stack the goods, which greatly reduces the space required, especially for cartons, and contributes to both cost savings and environmental protection.<\/p><\/div><\/section><\/section><\/div>

Load securing will be handled by the driver according to your wishes or the best possible way. This is primarily done with anti-slip mats and ratchet straps, which effectively fix and protect your goods. In these relations, we are also dependent on the availability of crossings; delivery may be delayed in the event of storms or non-existent capacity of the ferry operators. This is possible in any case. Our price calculator currently covers most European countries as well as Switzerland, UK and Turkey and can be used by you for easy calculation. Please note that depending on the relation, different payloads may apply per vehicle. In principle, transport to third countries is also possible, but we currently only offer customs clearance to Switzerland, UK and Turkey. In principle, waiting time of up to 60 minutes is always free and also taken into account when planning your tour. If there are longer waiting times, the costs are between 30 and 60 euros per hour, depending on the type of vehicle. In order to avoid waiting times, we will automatically notify you of the license plate number. We are also happy to notify you in advance free of charge. For this purpose, we only need a corresponding contact person with a telephone number.
