This volume is sufficient to allow a lorry to transport up to 15 Euro-pallets or goods with a maximum weight of 2,140 kg. These Euro-pallets can, for example, be loaded and unloaded with a lifting platform, which can be booked as an upgrade (more information on the lorry with lifting platform). The transportation of dangerous goods (ADR) by lorry is also handled by STEX’s lorry transportation services.
The lorries can be loaded and unloaded in various ways: from the side, from the rear and from above (Edscha top). Although the delivery time and journey time are longer compared to the curtainsiders, the latter has a smaller load volume and we promise you that you will hardly be able to transport your goods faster and more reliably by lorry than with STEX’s direct delivery service. STEX’s lorries travel to all European countries and, if you want, can also handle customs clearance for deliveries to Switzerland, Great Britain and other countries. On request, STEX will take care of the notification of and/or coordination with the loading and unloading points. All shipments are transported by direct delivery.
